    Preventative Care begins immediately and includes coverage for routine covered services like exams, e-rays, cleanings and fluoride treatments.

    Basic Care begins after a 6 month waiting period and includes fillings, simple tooth extractions, oral surgery, dental repairs and more.

    Major Care begins after 12 months and includes root canals, gum disease, crowns, bridges and dentures, etc...
